#2 – Check if there is power to lights (i.e. if breaker/outlet has tripped, remote with working batteries).

#6 – If bulb is not working in the other outlet/niche and you are within 3 year warranty period please fill out a warranty request form above.

Yes! Please check out our Retro Pool Light Guide to see which Retro series light is right for you. https://selectpoolproducts.ca/retro-lights/

No, as long as the cable is functioning you will never need to dig up the deck or replace the cable.
Do I need to install a transformer when upgrading to a RETRO Series Light? In some cases yes, please check your current set up – if a transformer exists you will not need to add one as you already have LOW VOLTAGE pool lighting. If your lights are Hallogen/High Voltage yes you will need to add a transformer to get 12V power to the pool lights. Please note: An electrician is required for installing a transformer.
Can I use the same power source as my old light? Yes, you do not need to change the way you currently operate your pool light when upgrading to a Retro Series Light. As mentioned above, some cases do require a transformer.
